Interestingly, suppliers regard the effectiveness of contract and perfor- mance management carried out by their customers, to be far more robust. The adjacent results clearly show that suppliers believe contract and performance management is in place. This suggests that suppliers regard the contract and performance management processes to be more effective than the buy side.
